Shashwat Yoga Refund Policy
At Shashwat Yoga, we strive to provide the highest quality yoga classes, workshops, and wellness programs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below.
- Class & Membership Fees
- Drop-In Classes: Refunds are not available for drop-in classes. However, rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the starting date.
- Class Packages & Memberships: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. After 7 days or if any class has been attended, refunds are not available.
- Unused Sessions: Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once partially used. Extensions may be considered for medical reasons with valid documentation.
- Workshops & Special Events
- Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.
- Private Sessions
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Retreats & Teacher Training Programs
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot in retreats or teacher training programs.
- Full refunds (excluding deposit) are available if cancellation is requested at least 15 days prior to the start date.
- Cancellations within 15 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible participant.
- Digital Products & Online Classes
- All sales of digital products (e-books, pre-recorded classes, and courses) are final and non-refundable.
- Live online classes may be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Exceptions & Special Cases
- Refunds due to medical emergencies may be considered with proper documentation.
- In the case of event or class cancellations by Shashwat Yoga, a full refund or credit will be provided.
