200 hrs YTTC

This Certified Yoga Course would provide you with comprehensive knowledge of Yoga. The course syllabus contains – Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Bandha, Mudra, Kriya, Sanskrit, Mantra, Ayurveda, Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Biomechanics, Teaching Methodology, Ethics, Yoga Professionalism, and other elements of Yoga Teacher Training Course.
