General Yoga

This class offers a balanced mix of physical postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques such as yoga nidra. We aim to improve your flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while promoting relaxation and stress relief. The class is typically suitable for all levels, with options for beginners and more advanced practitioners, focusing on building a strong mind-body connection. It’s a great way to improve overall health, boost energy, and cultivate mindfulness.

200 hrs YTTC

This Certified Yoga Course would provide you with comprehensive knowledge of Yoga. The course syllabus contains – Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Bandha, Mudra, Kriya, Sanskrit, Mantra, Ayurveda, Philosophy, Anatomy & Physiology, Biomechanics, Teaching Methodology, Ethics, Yoga Professionalism, and other elements of Yoga Teacher Training Course.
